Video celebrates Hamburg's green credentials
The European Green Capital Award was created in 2010 by the European Commission to give recognition to cities engaged in developing better and greener places to live.
A Mostra-produced clip accompanying this year's Call for Applications illustrates the qualities that led to Hamburg, Germany being awarded the title of 2011 European Green Capital.
Utilising innovative camera-techniques, quirky music and strong keywords, the clip showcases the city's successes in promoting green urban living, economic growth, and smart infrastructure solutions... at the same time boosting tourism.
Do your city authorities implement equally attractive environmental measures? If so, encourage them to enter the running for the 2014 European Green Capital being selected this year. Entries are open until 14 October.
