New Mostra-produced video reveals all.
Every time you go online you share information about yourself. And the more you do online the more important it is that you and your personal data are protected.
A new Mostra-produced video aims to raise awareness about personal data protection in the EU. The light-hearted clip tackles the serious issue of protecting personal data, warning viewers that "online you reveal more than you think".
EU Vice-president and Commissioner responsible for justice, fundamental rights and citizenship, Viviane Reding, yesterday announced a series of proposed changes that will strengthen the protection of people's data while surfing online. These new EU laws are designed to put people in control of their own information and safeguard the right to personal data protection.
As part of the campaign to make people more aware of the issues surrounding personal data protection, Mostra has also produced a brochure and calendar – featuring illustrations by renowned Belgian caricaturist, Pierre Kroll – as well as launching a Twitter feed and a Facebook Fanpage.
