ICF Mostra, together with the other Divisions of ICF Europe & Asia Group, received certification in February for its expanded Quality Management System (QMS) under the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001: 2008.
The certification standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus that helps ensure client satisfaction, internal satisfaction and end-user satisfaction. It applies to the provision of services such as research, evaluation, communications, marketing and other consulting services to clients in the UK, Europe, Asia and elsewhere.
According to Managing Director Patrick Vastenaekels, « this ISO certification strengthens our leadership position in strategic communication services and is yet another milestone in our endeavour for constant improvement. It will allow us to more flexibly adapt to changes in the market and to our clients' needs via structured revisions to procedures and processes. »
ICF Mostra worked with QAS International to obtain the certification, which proved to be a rigorous process, but one that ultimately represents a firm commitment to providing clients with the highest quality products and services possible. Engaging with a company that is backed by an internationally recognised certification gives clients extra confidence that their expectations will be met.
The certification can be seen as a collective achievement for ICF Mostra and the future challenge is to maintain it through the continuous integration of quality management in the day-to-day work of all employees.
