Events

With the help of its specialised partners, Mostra takes care of the design and organisation of all types of events on behalf of its clients, ranging from a seminar for twenty people to a major televised event.

Depending on the specific requirements of the project, we gather the necessary skills to ensure the smooth running of operations (designers, logistical experts, travel agencies, etc.). Our specialised partners are able to operate all over the European Union, and if necessary beyond.



A few examples of our achievements in this area:

Conferences

«What is the place of women in the fisheries sector?» (European Commission, - Fisheries DG, 2003). Mostra was entrusted with selecting and contacting the 200 participants in this conference and with organising the event from start to finish (hotel and ticket reservations, signposting, PowerPoint presentations of the speakers, etc.).

Stands

«Seafood» (European Commission - Fisheries DG). Each year, Mostra is in charge of organising the stand of the Fisheries DG at the Seafood Fair, a European trade fair for the seafood industry which attracts visitors from all over the world. Our brief includes the production of all panels, as well as the creation of all the promotional material for the event (brochures, posters, leaflets, etc.). Mostra is also in charge of Public Relations at the event, and invites professionals from the fisheries sector to enable them to meet European experts specialising in their fields.

Seminars

«Consultative Committee of the PIP» (COLEACP, 2003). Mostra was entrusted with organising, leading and energising the Consultative Committee of the Pesticides Initiative Programme. As part of this assignment, we worked closely with the client to prepare the topics to be discussed, and to produce clear documents.

Public Shows

«The Euro Bridge» (Belgian Finance Ministry and the European Commission, 2001). An event to mark the adoption of the Euro (31 December 2001). This extravaganza, which combined video, music, performances and fireworks, was broadcast on Eurovision. The images were picked up and used by leading television channels in Europe and across the rest of the world.
