Consultancy

Mostra offers its clients consultancy services which are provided with the help of networks of experts. These services include communication audits, strategic advice, action planning, monitoring of communication programmes, media training, and crisis-communication management.

Depending on our clients' needs, we provide experienced experts (consultants, key speakers, moderators, etc.) in the required fields of specialism, with knowledge of the geographical areas involved. These experts are coordinated and supervised by us, for consistency of services and clarity in each mission.

As a result of the various assignments we have undertaken in recent years, Mostra has built up networks of consultants throughout the whole of Europe, and in countries beyond the EU (the Mediterranean, the Balkans, the CIS, ACP, ALA, etc.), Our database of consultants is being continually updated and extended.



A few examples of our achievements in this area:

Providing experts

Providing short-term experts in the short term (European Commission - EuropeAid - AMS 451 Contract - Lot 9 «Culture and Information», 2000-2005). Within the framework of this agreement, Mostra provides communication assistance to delegations of the European Commission and those of beneficiaries of programmes funded by the European Union, such as partner states of the EU. We help them set up national communication programmes. For instance, Mostra is currently helping delegations of the MEDA area to launch an awareness-raising action plan for the Euromed partnership programme.

Action Plan

Development of information networks (European Commission - Development DG, 2002). Under this agreement, Mostra strengthened the existing information networks, carried out a communication audit, and set up a communication action plan for the Development DG.

Communication strategy

Raising public awareness of the reform of the rule of law in the Russian Federation (World Bank, 2002). Under this agreement, Mostra put forward a strategic recommendation with a view to setting up a campaign to raise awareness in Russia of the new 'legal culture' in general, and the country's accession to the WTO in particular'.

Media training

Communicating with the media (COLEACP, 2003). Within the framework of this agreement, Mostra brought together a team of specialised experts to design and implement a programme to improve communication by the Pesticides Initiative Programme, by targeting the media in EU and ACP countries, elaborating key messages, and training staff in how to deal with the media more effectively.
